Price

All our prices listed in this website are net and in Swiss franc. They are not subject to VAT.

Warranty

Although our teddy bears are many years old, they are all in excellent condition. They are not warranted. However, if you notice some damages occurred during transportation, please inform us within 3 days. 

Availibility

A normal delivery term is approximately one week. We will inform you in case the term is longer. 

Payment conditions

The goods have to be paid when the order is placed, before the delivery. The Ours-de-collection.ch website is developed with a secure payment system (bank or paypal). It is also possible to make a bank transfer. If you choose this option, we will give you the information on request.

Delivery and transportation

The teddy bears are sent by post, by standard shipping. A contribution to the costs of packing and postage is required. Those can be different, depending on the destination country.

Return or replacement of the goods

In case of return, the teddy bears must be returned in the original unused condition, with the delivery note, within 7 days from receipt. The shipping expenses related to the return are with your load. 

Legal guarantees

Please verify the good conditions of products as soon as possible, in order to prevent from any damage during transportation. You have to inform us about any problem within 3 days from reception of your parcel. The place of jurisdiction of Ours-de-collection.ch is in St-Blaise, in Switzerland. 

Privacy and data management

We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We use the information you give us to process orders but we will not communicate or sale it to others (only for judicial inquiry).  

Right on your data

You have the right to be informed about how your personal information is being used, to correct the data and to request that we delete them, sending us an email at contact[at]ours-de-collection.ch.
